And So Begins…
Starting today, I am going to attempt being a vegetarian. I’ve already started with a Buddha’s Delight meal for lunch. Hopefully I can exercise enough discipline to stick to this diet. I don’t have any intentions on becoming a strict vegetarian, however, my goal to is to reduce how much meat I intake (esp. beef). Ultimately, I just want to be health conscious about what I eat.

good luck mi cielito. I think its a great idea..heart disease is the leading cause of death in the US & saturated fats from meats like beef only exacerbate the problem. That was my nerdy rant for the day lol.
